FAQ & Ordering Information

Ordering Method (In Stock)

All products currently in stock will ship within 1 to 3 business days of order placement (excluding weekends and holidays), via FedEx Ground. Delivery is guaranteed within 5 business days once shipped.

Ordering Method (Made-to-Order, Handmade Products)

At Rocket Guitar Emporium, we hand-pick all of our inventory, ensuring each piece meets our highest standards before it's offered to customers. Many of our products are handmade with precision and care. Due to the nature of custom production, lead times may vary depending on the item and current order volume. Typically, made-to-order products will ship within 8 weeks.

We will keep you updated on production progress and estimated delivery via email. If you would like an estimated completion date prior to ordering, please contact us.

Shipping

  • All orders ship free via FedEx with signature confirmation required.
  • Tracking details will be provided once your order is processed.

Returns, Cancellations, and Order Changes

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact us at info@rocketmps.com to request a Return Authorization Number.
  2. Returns must be shipped via FedEx, insured, and with signature required, at the customer’s expense.
  3. Once the item is inspected and approved, a refund will be issued within 5 business days to the original payment method.
  4. A restocking fee may apply for returns that do not meet the above conditions or are submitted outside the 30-day window.

Note: No returns are accepted after 30 days from delivery.

Warranty & Product Support

  • Rocket Guitar Emporium stands behind the quality of all products sold. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged or becomes defective due to a manufacturing issue:
  • The manufacturer will repair or replace the product at no cost to the customer, within the warranty period.
  • Please contact info@rocketmps.com with your order number, issue description, and photos if applicable.

  • Bank Transfer
    • Upon order, instructions will be sent via email. Customer is responsible for bank transfer fees.
